pr1ncessb3an-deactivated2012021 asked: marhaba, keefak? :) just found your blog. ive lived in the middle east all my life (so for like 20 years) and recently started my degree in arabic at university in scotland. your arabic really is impressive and has really motivated me to work harder on learning/acquiring vocabulary etc. mabrook, i am jealous!!
marhabtayn ya ameera! kilshey kwayis walhamdulilah :) keefik inti? my arabic goes through phases depending on how much time i’m able to devote to it, but it’s usually what i try to prioritize above all else. right now, i’d like to concentrate as much as possible on speaking (including perfecting the different dialects i’ve acquired), as i feel like i’ve really gone as far as one can (or needs to) with grammar. and you’ve lived in the middle east for ~20 years? i’m the one who should be jealous!
alf shukr likalimatik, and best of luck with your studies :)
